The Joy of Life and the Inner Cup of Divinity—

The joy between us is pure; it is made of love, goodness, and harmony.
Joy is very much like peace; it is found within. Knowing our joy of life leads to eternal bliss and forms part of the inner cup of divinity. As mentioned before, it is long-lasting, belongs to the eternal state of Eden, resembles the living God, and is present within each of us.
Inner joy is a constant, elevated state of gladness and delight. Smiling, laughter, and celebrations are all indications of joy. Everywhere we look, we can find happiness, but to make it a lasting presence in our lives, we must each discover the joy of our own life.
Joy belongs to each of us in the same way that love does. It is not an outside concept. Though it is everywhere, it is an internal belonging and part of who we are as individual beings. Because joy is so special, the Creator also made it a Light-Key so that we can discover it in the same way that we find our peace and discover our light. See below for details on Light-Keys.
The joy of life is unique to each individual. Once you discover your own joy of life, the path to eternal joy becomes clear. It lies within; it provides meaning and transforms an individual into the person they are. Therefore, it is important to discover what it is, especially for lasting happiness.
Everywhere there is Joy:
In the same way that we find inner peace, we discover our inner joy. The inner world of spirit is made of many layers belonging to the infinite presence of the One Creator. Among these many layers are silence, peace, and love. These layers form the cup of divinity within, of which joy is an integral part. More on this soon.
In all the elements—fire, earth, water, and wind—there is joy. The crown and jewels of every season reveal it: the blossoms in spring, the sun in summer, autumn's dance of colours, and the snow in winter.
In every direction—in nature, creation, light, and life—there is delight. The bees gathering pollen, the birds’ morning songs, and the wind rustling through the trees all reveal this uplifting presence. In nature, joy resembles the eternal, and this same likeness is within us too. Inside us, there is lasting happiness.
Joy is a Light-Key within:
As mentioned in Book 1, Light-Keys are connectors on the foundation template of the body; they are known as chakras and function like doors and bridges between the physical and metaphysical body.
For this reason, they are called connectors between the world of nature and the inner world of spirit. Each connector is also a concept, such as understanding, respect, peace, or, in this case, joy.
Every Light-Key connector has its own unique symbol. The symbol of Joy is unique to every individual—a personal key that unlocks the sparkles of jubilation and ushers them forth. The door opens, and a bridge is formed, ready for us to cross so that we may discover our lasting bliss.
We each have something specific within us that evokes an elevated and lasting state of happiness. The best way to discover it is to find a quiet place and go within. Try to imagine what your Joy Light-Key symbol looks like. For some, it could be a rose, a tree, or a loved one. Having said that, the symbol isn't necessarily an object; it can be a joyful memory, an emotion of happiness, or the love of a twin flame, and so forth. Consider the symbol as a feeling or a memory that evokes an image, both visually and emotionally. The combination of the image and a happy feeling is the key that unlocks the inner door to lasting joy—your eternal joy of life.
Consider these questions: What is the joy of life to you? What makes you feel a state of permanent inner gladness? If you do not know the answer, it is okay, because eternal joy awaits you.
Once this discovery is made, it is important to connect with it daily so that the enlightenment of knowing the joy of your life becomes clearer and a permanent presence in your life. The joy we discover merges with our established inner peace, and elevation takes place.
It is not enough to learn about the joy of your life; it is important to get to know it, as this is the way the light brightens and extends more widely around you.
This is where peace and joy balance in harmony, because each time you enter your inner peace, you also enter your place of joy.
From the heart and centre, breathe the happiness from within and gently draw it outward. Expand it around you like a clear-view bubble, shimmering with the colours of light. Hold it gently and keep it growing. Watch how your world blossoms with your joy of life.
