Walking and the Holy—

I would like to tell you about the spiritual concept of walking as a unified practice of spirit and body, and how it brings together three holy representatives within the Abrahamic traditions: Joshua of the Exodus, the successor of Moses; Christ within the Holy Trinity; and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Walking: The Unity of Spirit and Body:
The practice of walking closely aligns with the discipline of fasting. It cleanses and refreshes every aspect of the unified body. Through this, the individual reaches clarity—peace of mind and heart—allowing wisdom to come forth. In doing so, it opens a way of communion with Almighty God. This is where the concept of “walking with God” finds its meaning.
Walking with God is when the river meets the sea. Those who walk in spiritual unity come to discover that they do so with love—the Omnipresent.
What’s more, the breath of spirit is elevated when we walk in unity of spirit and body. Metaphorically speaking, when we walk barefooted and lightly upon the Earth, we do so with quiet steps, sounding like rhyming bells that herald the harmony of joy and life.
If you’d like to try this, when walking on a path—in the park, by a river, or along a beach—be the stillness with nature. Breathe softly from the heart. The spirit of silence will embody your peace and tranquility and will walk with you. Here, be the harmony, the magic, and the holy.
The Holy Ones: Those Who Walk with God:
The spiritual concept of walking carries one of the most sacred and holy understandings. It is reflected in those who walked with God—the holy ones who began their walk long ago and continue still: Joshua of the Exodus, the successor of Moses; Christ within the Holy Trinity; and the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
As we continue to walk lightly in spirit with the Most High—the Almighty God—I hope to share more of this journey. I am being guided to illustrate how the spiritual concept and physical act of walking connect these sacred figures to the Creation Journey, including the Creator’s Covenant with Abraham.
Each is a representative and a key connector within the three Abrahamic traditions. I hope to demonstrate how each of them continue their own walk with the Almighty within the Creation Journey—a walk that leads towards unity among the three Sects and to the bringing forth of heaven on Earth.
I will begin by introducing the Holy Story of Christ, followed by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and lastly Joshua of the Exodus.
Following this, I hope to expand upon a previous assertion regarding Lucifer and his connection to the Creation Journey, as illustrated below in a previous related article, ‘About the Inner Love, the Twin-Flames and the Creation Story’.
It is important to note that each of the holy figures who walked with God was given something from the Creation Fire. The gift—and the responsibility—came from the one Creator. This makes the revelation of their journeys too powerful to share all at once. It needs to be unfolded gradually, as we become acclimatised to their revelations and to one another. This is because aspects of the Creation Fire live within all people. (Please see below for the previous related article, “The Many Colours of Creation Fire.”)
